...Or perhaps not a riddle journal =P Just another Journal I've made for this years art project, out of old canvas which I had painted with swirls. This one was made totally from scratch, and the quote on the front of it is from Tolkien's 'Lord of the rings' series.

"All that glitters is not gold,
Not all those who wander are lost.
The old that is strong does not wither,
Deep roots are not reached by the frost.
From the ashes a fire shall be woken,
A light from the shadows shall spring.
Renewed shall be the blade that was broken,
The crown-less again shall be king."

I have always been a fan of his books, and so this was a bit of a tribute I suppose! =) The journal has a lovely blue pendant as a tie up, and is a rather durable book all-round. normal printer paper was used for the pages.

Amazing!!! I love how you used Sliver glitter to match the part where it says, "All that is gold does not glitter." For some reason, it fits that the glitter is silver instead of gold.
Very beautiful!
How long did it take you to make these? Surly, it must have took awhile!

Thankyou! :D Indeed - I don't think gold would have gone as well with the blue though, either!
This one took a day, since it was made purely from scratch, but they all vary. :)
